The Canadian Legend who brought us "The Hockey Song", "Bud the Spud", and many other classics is being celebrated by singer-songwriter Tim Hus. Hus, who crossed the country touring with Stompin' Tom, called the legendary troubadour a friend and mentor. Hus was also honoured to be a pallbearer at Stompin' Tom's funeral. He will be singing the songs that made Stompin' Tom a Canadian treasure and sharing personal stories about this one-of-a-kind man and his incredible and inspiring life in a show of music, patriotism, and board stomping; complete with a multi-media presentation.

Tim  Hus has a special place in Canadian history: he spent two years  touring with the legendary Stompin' Tom Connors and was the last to travel coast to coast with the Canadian icon. This special concert celebrates the music of the legendary man with the black hat and the Stompin' board and his iconic catalogue of songs on his birthday. The Last Chance Saloon is a one of a kind authentic western place in the badlands of Alberta. You need to cross 11 bridges just to get to Wayne but this is an evening you won't want to miss. With the recent announcement by Alberta’s Chief Medical Officer of Health, the Sundre Minor Hockey Association has made the decision to cancel the Tim Hus Hockeytown Concert at the Sundre Community Center on Friday, March 20th, along with the Alberta Bantam Provincial Hockey Tournament. The concert will be rescheduled  at a future date to be announced. We appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you at the rescheduled concert!
